Meet Joy
With nearly a decade of experience helping people navigate Medicare and benefits decisions, Joy understands just how overwhelming this stage of life can feel. What should be an exciting next chapter can quickly become a maze of deadlines, conflicting information, unfamiliar rules, and decisions that can have lasting financial consequences.
As a National Social Security Advisor (NSSA®) and IRMAA Certified Planner (IRMAACP®), Joy brings specialized knowledge that goes beyond simply understanding Medicare. She helps clients see how Medicare, employer coverage, Social Security, IRMAA, healthcare costs, and important life transitions can intersect, so they can understand the bigger picture before making important decisions.
Joy founded Almost 65 Benefits Advisors after seeing too many people left trying to connect these pieces on their own. Her approach is personal, educational, and refreshingly straightforward. She takes the time to understand what matters to each client, explain complicated information in a way that actually makes sense, and identify questions or potential gaps they may not have known to look for.
The goal is simple: fewer unanswered questions, less second-guessing, and the confidence of knowing you have a knowledgeable advocate in your corner.
